Mr Wash Car Wash

I’ve had my membership at Mr Wash since day one, and I love it here. The service is always great, and Luis N. deserves special recognition. He really cares about customers and always makes sure we're taken care of. Thanks to him, I've even recommended Mr Wash to my friends. Great wash quality and free vacuums for members — you can't beat that!

My 2nd Car in the family using the car wash service. All the staff member are friendly and outgoing, IshMael especially I’’m rated him top tier, super friendly. Highly Recommended!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience thanks to Ishmael at the Tysons Mr. Wash. His professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude truly set him apart. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and with top-tier customer service. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customers. Employees like him are rare — he’s reliable, respectful, and consistently delivers exceptional service. Because of Ishmael, this is now my go-to location.

Very disappointed with this location. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant from the start. On top of that, the car wash itself did a poor job. After exiting, I noticed many dirty spots left on the sides, especially on the back of the car. It looks like there wasn’t enough water used during the final rinse, so shampoo was left on the vehicle and mixed with dirt, leaving the car looking even dirtier than before. I expected much better service and quality. Unfortunately, this visit was a waste of time and money.

It is what it is. Obviously dont come here if you care about your paint job but it usually gets my car clean enough after going 2-3 days in a row. This tysons location is better than the one on gallows at least. Youre in the tunnel a little longer and its harder for non customers to hog the vacuums. Usually the service is chill but when its busy I guess everyone mad. After I went into neutral when the kid told me to go in neutral, he yelled at me because he couldnt tell it was in neutral lol its also sometimes unclear when the weather affects their operation. it would be nice if they posted on social media when the weather affects hours since its very dependent on the rain. sometimes rain means its closed all day. sometimes ive seen them open after the weather clears up.sometimes its open
