These people are rude and I dont understand how they got anyone giving them 5 stars. My husband got into a head on collision and was taken to the hospital so the officer called MrTowits. After that its been hell dealing with anyone in MrTowit. We've called asking to get his stuff since the vehicle has been a total loss and they been nothing but rude. When we first call they didnt give us much of the cost or how to get our stuff. They just keep telling us pay the bill and come get the things. Only after the 6th call is when they finally told more info on how it works or the cost. They charged us over $700 for 1 day of having the car. By the time we had the money to get it out it was over $1200. Even when we came to pick up the car and gave them the money they were rude. After giving them th

SCAMMERS! I had an employee get his car impounded with my businesses tools in it. Welders and other expensive things. It was his fathers car and his father had past away a few months before. They took inventory and knew what was in the car the day they took possession. When he went back to pay they refused to release the car and belongings (including my belongings) to him because they said the car wasn’t in his name even though he had the death certificate with him. I went with him and had my receipts for the tools. By IL law they are supposed to give you 30 days before they scrap the car. It was towed on the 27th. He got the letter later obviously, then they crushed it on the 12th of the next month. We went there and they claimed they “send the cars straight to the scrap yard and don’t go

Had a flat needed it towed to tire king, Ramzi showed up within 10 min of calling was real respectful nice and quick. I would totally recommend this place to other if they needed a tow. Thank you so much.

My husband was in an accident last night (12/1). The police officer called for a tow and Josh from Mr Tow It's came to pick up my Suburban. I told him I had about $300 worth of groceries in the back. He asked if he could bring them to my house for me. What a wonderful experience during a crappie situation. He was professional and kind. Thank you!!

Zero respect to customers. They will hang up on you if you ask for a another receipt for the insurance company because the dealership lost it. Do not recommend this shitty company to anyone
