My window got smashed on a trip to Seattle. The next day I get onto Google looking for a same day glass replacement. I came across MS Auto Glass, I decided to give them a chance. I was very happy with my decision. From the moment I put an inquiry for a quote I immediately was texted/called to get more information about my window. I was on the phone with Mark who immediately told me he could get the replacement in the shop the same day and replace the window all within a 4 hour period from the moment I hung up. I was amazed at the building it was very easy to find and very nice. The staff at the front counter were very nice and quick to get me in and through paperwork. I waited for about an hour before my window was replaced. Mark came out to let me know it was done and we parted ways. T

I want to just say how amazing this company was! I had my windshield busted early Friday morning! And by 8:45 am I had spoken with Sue who made this process so easy! We spoke on the phone for 20 minutes and she was able to get me scheduled, have my insurance handled and all I had to do was show up! Process was about 90minutes! Got me in at 11:45 and out by 1:15pm!! They were amazing!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at MS Glass Outlet! From the moment I called, they were accommodating and accepted me immediately as a walk-in. On my very first visit, the service in-charge (Mike) welcomed me and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to fix and how they would improve the condition of my vehicle. The office staffs are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and fun to talk to. You really feel taken care of here; they make sure you are comfortable and never feel ignored. The pricing was very competitive and reasonable. They offered their best deal upfront, so I didn't even need to worry about bargaining. This was my first visit here. The company I usually deal with did not have the windshield glass I needed for my 1978 jeep CJ5. I called MS Glass and not only did they have the glass, they installed it on the same day I called. This was on a Friday. I was met with friendly smiles from the staff and excellent service. They explained everything they were going to do, showed me the glass and made sure everything was correct before I left. For me, this is what makes a great business. I will be doing my business here first from now on.
