My experience has been wonderful starting with Tom who sent me a video of the car I was inquiring about. Walked in dealership the following day and was met by Tom who set me up with an incredible salesman “Nick”. I was given a tour of the dealership and met Lacey and Adrian. I would highly recommend Boro Nissan.

I placed an order for Nissan parts from Boro Nissan at an agreed price including shipping. I heard nothing back about the order progress. Received an email stating upset messed up on shipping rates and said I would have to pay an additional $197.50 for the shipping miscalculation or come and get it. Murphreesboro to Knoxville Tennessee is not $200.00 shipping a twenty pound box. I regret wasting my time with them.

I also financed with Nissan & I wish I could remember the man's name who helped me with that too because he was amazing too, so nice, kind & polite!!
