I've been coming here for 9 months and have had no issues. Well, the last 2 wks I've been chasing an vibration issue on my truck. Went through 3 ball joints on the passenger side. 2 autozone ball joints - they were bad out the box 1 napa ball joint - had play after install. The guy there is aware of my issues and was literally trying to refuse to sell me another ball joint. (Almost to an argue) I was dumbfounded since he gets paid the same whether I buy something or not, why's he coming off like it's personal. Needless to say, I got another one along with additional parts. (All my truck steering components are now new) My truck is fixed and back to normal. I replaced tie rods, ball joints, steering damper, 4x4 universal joints, wheel bearings and steering linkage

Out of towner who needed a new battery. Napa is always my go-to auto parts store, but these guys were very friendly and had some spare tools I could use to get my battery swapped out.

If you're an LTL driver don't deliver here between 12 and 1pm. They're too busy to unload their own product during that time. They say it's lunch hour and you'll have to wait like everybody else. Guy working customer service counter really seems to hate his job or maybe he just hates truck drivers delivering needed product to the very store he's supposed to be helping to run.
