NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Supply Of Grand Rapids

This place is absolutely ridiculous. We got towed for parking somewhere that had NO sign whatsoever saying “don’t park here” or “park here and get towed.” How are customers supposed to magically know the rules when you don’t bother to post them? On top of that, the employees were incredibly rude and dismissive instead of explaining anything or trying to help. It felt like they were more interested in punishing people than actually serving customers. Towing someone without clear signage is shady and feels like a money grab. I will never come back here and I’d strongly recommend others avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly and having your car towed for no clear reason.

If you come here looking for a part or tool they'll know what you need or are looking for and will go out of their way to help you find something if they don't have it, anything from tools to parts they'll help!

They towed a veteran, the no parking sign is hidden. Actually ridiculous.

Don't go here this is outrageous. They towed our cars with no reason to do so

They got me what I wanted/needed and made me laugh. Pretty good these days honestly. Feel like the level of knowledge here is a lot better than the other store down the block.
