Not impressed with customer service. Have been in the store many times to buy different things. I went in once to dump oil and they said I couldn't unless I bought something. Unless it's an emergency, I won't go back.

Went in just for some advice when changing an axle on my 08 Ram 1500. Was given free, good advice. Competitive prices on parts as well. Went in today for an air filter for 2011 sentra and they had it. I recommend them.

Called looking for a very simple part, I had the size info and part # to provide and the exact words from the employee was he did not want to get involved unless I would buy several parts because he would have to take time to look it up in his parts catalog.

Police in Fletcher going to this particular store I know the owners and I know the staff and they've always got a smile on their face a joke on their lips are extremely knowledgeable on the products that they sell and it's just a relaxed atmosphere when I go in I don't feel like I'm being pushed into buying something and if I'm not sure of what I need I can either show them or describe them what I'm looking for and they're pretty much right on the money when I get the part
