The guys there are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate them helping me find the parts I need for my vehicles.

Had my order packed wrong and was confused so I called the store and the guy was half asleep sounded uninterested put me on hold for 15 minutes and the call ended by itself. Called again and the next guy was nicer but he was defending his employee for not wanting to help me due to it not being their fault which I had no idea I was suppose to contact UPS instead. A customer should not feel misled this much and have their time wasted. The email for the order didn’t give me any feedback on what to do if an item is missing it said simply to contact Napa customer support which I did, but there was no option for my claim. I’d say if you’re going to be working a job like this you need to be a friendly person and not half asleep at noon.

Super rude employee. I have never had such a bad experience at this NAPA. I go out of my way to come ti this specific NAPA but never again. Employee claims they won’t price match with Advance auto but they have every time i’ve ever been. Even their website says they will. Then on top of that the shelf price says it’s one thing and he scans it and says it’s a different price and claims he can’t change the price in his computer.

Very knowledgeable counter staff and great stock. Highly recommend.
