NAPA Auto Parts

Much better than it was. It was good when it opened. The staff was curteous and knowledgeable. Circa 2022-2024, there were several employees who were not helpful, the manager let the crew play Loud music and swear constantly. They were also completely clueless about automobiles. I stopped going there for parts.

Surprised how rude the people are here. I called them and said, “Hello good morning I’m just calling around looking to see if anyone has a specific part” No answer “the part is this specific one for this car” No answer “Hello?” Then someone finally said, “Yup, one sec” Seriously? Couldn’t even be kind enough to say yeah let me look that up for you or see if it’s here or something. Then she comes back less than 10 seconds later and says no we don’t have that. So I say okay if you were to order it how soon can you get it. Which she then says “we can’t, no one has it in stock” as if I’m too stupid to understand her. So I say uhh okay and she hangs up. Also what kind of auto parts store can’t order a part.. In stock means at that store. She acted like I was annoying her for asking. H

The woman who answered the phone couldn't have been more helpful. Didn't have the part in stock at this store but she called around and found it at another store. The store has earned our business

Extremely rude cashier. Will never go back!
