NAPA Auto Parts - J & K Auto Parts

I called looking for a very specific part that I needed by tomorrow at 5 PM and I gave Bobby the part number and he said that they didn’t have that part in stock but he did research for about 20 minutes for me to try and find a part that might work. My fiancé is on his way over to pick up the part and see if it’ll work and if it doesn’t, he gave us suggestions for other things that could work based off of his understanding of this part. He was so helpful, he explained everything extremely well, and he went above and beyond to help me. He found it in their system and then he couldn’t find it so he sent two or three other people to go find it until somebody found it and then he put it on hold for me until my fiancé could get over there. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this NAPA store today. I’ve spent all day searching for a specific hub cap bolt for my 1992 Ford F-150, with no luck. I walked into NAPA as a last resort, and I'm so glad I did. The two cashiers on duty were absolutely fantastic. Not only did they have the exact bolt I needed, but when I went to pay, they told me it was on the house! That simple act of kindness truly made my day. But they didn't stop there. They also trusted me to borrow a tool so I could put the hub cap on right in the parking lot. They solved my entire problem in one visit. Googled wipers and Napa did not appear. Luckily I was in the area and was able to see it. Great help and assistance with wipers I was looking for from the Julie at the register. She even was able to ask Javier to replace them for me. Really nice to see good customer service still exist.

My cat battery died and one of the kind workers( I believe his name is Ian) helped us out! This was very sweet of him and I wish him the best.

Had a complicated return/exchange this morning, they made sure it was completed in a way that I left more than satisfied, and with the proper part. I appreciate that they are family owned and operated. They also had items in stock that most stores would have needed to order. I'll definitely be using this specific Napa (on boyscout) in the future.
