Shout out to Daniel (I think?) who was gracious with this time exchanging my wiper blades for a better, easier to install product. I couldn't get my first purchase to work correctly - so he recommended the Bosch products. Even took the time to go out to the parking lot on a very cold day and give me a hand with installation. Very helpful, very appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I'm not sure of his name, but he was wearing shorts and a backwards hat. He appeared to focus more on informing his coworkers that he is now in charge rather than assisting customers. Additionally, he was quite dismissive towards me. Never coming back.

Best auto parts store in Lee's Summit! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quality hard to find parts. Drive right past those other auto part stores and head to NAPA! Update: 8 years and 4 months ago I purchased a NAPA Legend ETX-18L motorcycle battery. It is finally showing signs of weakening. I took it in to the store and Jeff tested the battery on the counter and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. Imagine that, a battery that lasted 8 years. Why would I purchase a battery anywhere else? Without hesitation I walked out with a new battery. Thanks Jeff and thanks NAPA for quality auto parts.

The guys at the Lee's Summit location go above and beyond for the general public. Unfortunately (for me only) I'm in there way too often with my broke down vehicles. While they never seem to remember me, (a plus for them showing they will go out of their way for anyone any time) they always make sure to help to the best of their abilities. Everyone in there is friendly. Great group of people. NAPA should make a how to video on customer service because it's A+++.

They made a hydraulic hose for me that blew apart and sprayed hot oil in my face. UPDATE: I went back to the location and the counterman who made the hose apologized. He took responsibility which is big in my book. The remade hose has been installed and is working correctly.
