Very well organized store making it especially easy to locate whatever it is I'm looking for. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about parts/services and are more than just friendly!
If nobody else has it count on Napa
Only auto parts store in a 20 miles radius outta approximately 4 different stores that had the part I needed to fix my sxs!! Employee was very helpful n nice..a black male..can't remember just name..but he deserves a raise imo ..again..just a great Employee!!
The store was great and staff helpful, however one of the 4 items I bought (a serpentine belt) ripped in half after just 2 or 3 minutes of the car running
Arrived 20 minutes before closing to pickup an order the door was locked open sign in window called to get the door unlocked and someone kept answering and hanging up I understand things happen but to answer and hang up is completely uncalled for
