Bought my first new ATV (Cforce 800 Touring). This was the easiest, most pleasant process ever. A big thanks to Austin and Ashley for keeping it simple and fast. I never leave reviews but United Motorsports of Logan deserves 10 stars!

Worst customer service experience ever, Brooke is as working with me then failed to open our messages. Told me I didn’t send th messages or photos which had been sent multiple times. Had worked a deal to trade in two of my machines and she dropped the ball by letting someone else put a down payment on th unit I was trying to purchase. 10 out of 10 do not recommend this dealer or any untied Motorsports dealer for that matter. Save your self the hassle and got to a reputable dealer that puts there customers first!

We stopped in because our CFMoto 1000XL was having issues. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we went to the parts desk, the staff member offered no real help. He looked up a part, told us they didn’t have it, and when we asked if he had any knowledge of the problem or suggestions, his only response was, “Nope.” He acted like helping us was a hassle and seemed uninterested in providing any customer service. After driving 45 minutes to the dealership while already being 7 hours away from home on vacation, we expected at least a little guidance or effort. Instead, we left feeling dismissed and frustrated.
