Premium Towing

Premium towing was absolutely awesome. I am a delivery driver using my own personal vehicle. I had a lower ball joint break causing a pretty good scare as I was dragging up a major highway that did not have a shoulder to pull on (thankfully it was a 4 lane route). I called Premium, and they got to me within 10 to 15 minutes, got my van loaded up in less than 5 and we were off to their garage. As Georgia was getting the van on the tow truck, he said it looked like what the problem was and they could fix it at the garage if that was indeed the problem, but would know more once they got the tire pulled off. Cannot say enough excellent things about Joseph and his crew! When we thought we needed a side by side tow, Joseph brought the tools we needed and fixed us right up to finish out the trails!

My car had slid into a ditch and Premium Towing had arrived in a timely manner to help me. They pulled my car out of the ditch with causing any further damage and were very polite and professional the entire time. They also communicated where they were when they were on the way to me. I will gladly use their services again if needed.

Had a car crash about two years ago. Premium towed the car to their lot. I had a trunk full of groceries I had just picked up and some personal items I needed for work. I called them when I got home and asked if I could come by and get my stuff from the car. They said I would need proof of registration. I explained to them it was owned by the company I worked for and that the registration didn't have my name on it. That wasn't good enough for them. They said only the person whose name was on the registration could get items from the car. I told them the owner of the company I worked for was not in the area and I'm pretty sure they weren't going to drive 100 miles to your tow yard so they could show you their ID and registration.
