Love Napa but thought prices were high. I make a modest living so hadn't shopped here for awhile. But I got a starter for less than other places. I'm so happy to finally go somewhere they know what they are talking about. Yes!

Horrible customer service you call about 30 minutes to closing and they say please hold and never come back to you. I got some stuff made for the company I work for and it was correct, I needed the old ones back atleast and they would not stop answer the phone with napa can you please hold. After 15 minutes I hung up and called back and they said the same exact thing. I didnt get the machine fixed because of they wouldnt just answer the phone. I almost lost my job over this. We will not be shopping with napa any more thats for sure. On top of them overcharging for fittings. I dont know how much this usually runs so Ill charge you $50 so I know we're covered. Stop being so lazy!

Always friendly and helpful, small town auto parts store that knows there stuff. We get all kinds of stuff here including custom hydraulic lines when the tractors have issues and they always help us find the right solution for our problem at the time.

Very knowledgeable. Easy to answer questions. Bought 2,600.00 worth of front end parts. All with advice. Excellent service.
