Would have given 5 stars if salesperson that helped me had had a better "meet the customer attitude ". He did what was necessary but wasn't friendly at all. He gave me the impression that he didn't want to help me. Dont get me wrong, tho. I love the store, always buy there if they have what I need. As the saying goes ONE BAD APPLE DONT SPOIL THE WHOLE BUNCH!

I had an unfortunately timely incident the day before Thanksgiving Eve. I received a tow straight to that location and thankfully they stayed open past their normal business hours and were able to meet me. I immediately felt welcomed. My car was looked at first thing the next morning even though the holiday was keeping them busy. I was given a personal lift to the nearest reliable hotel as well as a pick-up right back to their location. This placed was a family business and Greg and Wesley Graves were some of the kindest, skillful, and down-to-earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. GO to them! They will take care of you. no scams included at all!!! #winners

Best prices and great people

The best parts store I've ever visited. They are very knowlegeble and courteous. They have always gone to extra lengths to help me find the parts that I need. I've been shopping with them since I started driving and have never been disappointed.

My husband out of the goodness of his heart loaned NAPA in Cullman a large novelty starter to put on display at the front of their store with the agreement that he would get it back later. He went by numerous times just to check on it. Today when he went by it was gone they had sold it to someone for the coil. Other display items were still there but the starter was gone. They didn't offer any explanation. Don't trust these people!!!! Dwyatt Morris
