Great costumer service and nice people
Vicious auto part store! Very helpful staff!
Ordered parts online when I got there they gave me the wrong ones when I went to return them they told me they didn't have them in store I would have to wait til Tuesday unless I went to agawam so I did that to find out holyoke had the parts the whole time cause they gave me the wrong parts from the start now I've been waiting over a week for a refund and all napa can say is that it's my bank
The guys at tebaldi are extremely patient and helpful. They have helped me keep my 17y/o paid off truck chugging along when I knew it wasn't worth paying labor for fixing it. They got me the right parts with advise and knowledge that can only come from experience.
Really good people. Very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. And the place has great vibe to it. Well worth doing business there. But I'm probably a little bias.
