NAPA Auto Parts - NEW BERN

I can't say enough great things about this store and the people that work there! When every other auto parts store in this area said they couldn't help me, Napa helped. I was having a hard time finding a part for my car, the store manager Jeff there went above and beyond to help locate one. He then helped me get set up with a local mechanic to take care of it. He didn't have to do that, but that is what makes them so much better than the rest. All I can say is I will be a loyal customer from now on and I will tell everyone I know to go there. This man deserves recognition, and I hope his employers see what a good manger they have.

Napa of New Bern use door dash to deliver their products for free. I had a order to international that I was not able to deliver so I took it back to the store. The staff was very aggressive and rude I was blocked from picking up orders which was no problem because Napa don't pay they are using door dash as a free delivery service but it effected my account where I can't dash when I want to. This store has the oldest and most unprofessional employees I have seen. One employee had nothing to do with it or he got aggressive and told me to leave the store. I don't know who the owner is but I think he may want to reevaluate the people he have working for him

Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me resolve the replacement battery situation with my 91 964 Turbo in about 10 minutes. Had the correct battery in stock.

The service was great. They didn't have the part that my daughter needed for her car but they ordered it and it was there the next day when they said it would be. The store was clean and in a convenient spot. Great place if you need parts for your car.
