Was asking about a product and the gentleman that was there was super rude to me. Looked up on the computer and it was not the product I was looking for. Finally found it and said it would be easier to get it online or from somewhere else very rudely like I had inconvenienced him. Will not return to this company. The last couple times I have been to any of their locations I was treated like a girl who knows nothing about cars. Attitudes like they are above everyone who walks in.

Always a pleasure to grab stuff here, the staff are friendly and helpful every time. Got in a pinch today and called in late in the afternoon, I spoke with Wes and he was able to get the part I needed from another location within an hour! Just in time to get my project fixed same day. Excellent communication and service from their team.

When the store changed to a corporate owned store, I was sceptical of the level of service we would be getting because we all know corporate is better, right! Well the boys behind the counter, Tim, Jason, Donny and all the new guys have done an exceptional job at getting me hard to find parts (like oil pan gasket for 1972 Cad, fuel pump rod for 1957 chevy) quick and at a great price. They have shipped in parts the next day for me at no cost. All the boys down at Rathdrum Napa are car guys and really know their stuff.

Super awesome and helpful staff! Helped me check my tire pressure on a sunday over the holiday weekend while traveling with my young son. Incredibly kind!! 5 stars! Amazing crew!

Great big shout out to Timothy at Napa auto parts store in Rathdrum, he went above and beyond to find out why all the lights on my dash were on. He found the problem and fixed it after he made sure I bought the right fluid (brake fluid) that my car needed. All light are off and my car is running great. You are a lifesaver 🥰!
