Powerline Automotive & Diesel Repair

So far so good, Chris, I spoke with him, he said he was twoweeks out which is to be expected with the shortage of experienced diesel guys in the area. He said he would try to squeeze it in if I dropped the truck off, when I spoke at the front desk he had some ideas already flowing as to the problem. When he gets the truck up and going I'll let you guys know how he did with a updated review.

If I could do 0 I would ! This company is a rip off . I have been going to Loyds for years and always had s good experience but the last three times I have been completely scammed . They charged me over 300 for diagnosis on my truck come to find out its normally only 150. Then they charged me over 500 to fix a bad wire that was shorting out . Left the lot just to have the same problem. They said they were looking for the harness and would get ahold of me . I have called them a few times and now he says that they cant fix it . Unless i pay more ..... Unbelievable!!! I live on a fixed income and they now this . They dont care all they care about is how much money they can take from innocent people. I would stay away from there !!!

Chris was able to get my pickup in on short notice and service it before a trip. Pricing was very reasonable. They will be doing all my diesel work and servicing on my 6.7L from now on.

Chris was amazing! We needed a new fuel pump and didn't have the tools to replace it while on vacation. He was able to help us out and squeeze us in to his shop. The previous owner had replacd the filter before but put it back in the vehicle a very strange and not so sound way, Chris was also able to help us get this put back together properly with our family's safety in mind even tho it turned a 20 minute job into an hour or so...within the day we had our truck back and she runs amazing! Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, dependable... Thanks again!

Cris is very knowledgeable about Dodge Cummins. He took the time to answer questions my husband and I had about some diagnostic results. Got everything that was urgently needing done on my husbands truck done as soon as he possibly could. Not only did he complete the work in a timely manner but also stuck to the price he originally quoted. We appreciate his explanation of things he would and or would not replace in the near future. Due to mileage and some potential other upcoming problems. Thank you Cris.
