Perfection Tire and Auto Repair

Had family here for the holidays, they had an issue & had their vehicle towed here. They were quoted one price, and when the work was done they were told $300 more. Which they paid because they had to. I imagine the work was done correctly but am irritated that they were charged so much more with no phone call or verification.

Fair prices on tires, honor their warranty well, and were excellent about informing me about upcoming sales/rebates on tires allowing me to save money. Very pleased.

Went there for a quote they looked at my jeep and said everything is OK work kot needed. An ko charge.i don't know why I quit going but I will be going there now on.

I went into the store due to having a problem with my tires I spoke with Cody who went over everything and did a great job! He asked me to come back to figure everything out with Scott the manager. I went back when Scott was available, he took the time to go over everything and explain the problems in detail. He then gave me a quick solution and ordered tires that would work for my vehicle. I truly appreciate all his knowledge and patience! Clay called me the next day and let me know the tires were there I appreciate his prompt response! Perfection Tire and Auto Repair really impressed me. Cody ordered up 3 trailer tires for me. They were in the next day, he called as soon as they arrived. I showed up the day they arrived and they had them all mounted, balanced and install within less than an hour after showing up. Love supporting local businesses that do great work and have awesome customer service. Look forward to doing future business with them!
