Absolutely a garbage store 🙄 called for 2 hours....no answer guess they just beating in time to make a check....can't be bothered to answer the phone....pathetic and a shame it's a napa

Independent store so not your typical Napa, but very friendly and helpful staff got our parts ordered for next day delivery

Guy that "helped" me was walking out for lunch and at a 2 second glance could guarantee that they didn't have the hose I needed. I informed him that I confirmed online that they had it in stock in the store, he suggested I come back in an hour and a half when they return to lunch to see. I let him know no chance of that, I will be going to a store that actually helps. All of the NAPAs in California are great, I hope this is not a Texas thing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable... Went in for a battery for my golf cart and ended up just taking my golf cart next door for a lithium upgrade and new tires. Got a sweet multi-tool wrench!

Purchases a car battery for my BMW Within 30 days it went bad I took the battery in for testing …. They said they woul have to keep overnight I asked if they needed my name or anything they said no Went back to pick up battery and they couldn’t find it and said the recycle guys probably picked it I asked the owner for a new battery and he refused to give me one …. So, I paid for a battery I didn’t get Will never shop here again
