Outstanding customer service, employees are extremely helpful and they help you find exactly what you need.
This location has great customer service. I was in and out pretty quick, and got all the parts I needed at a reasonable cost.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. Please go to another Napa location! Surrounding areas are definitely more helpful. This Napa HATES doing warranty..
