I took my son, Ashton back to our hometown of Wharton to purchase his 1st Ford F-150 Truck from Wharton Ford; my mom, Joan Norris & sister, Tonya Harris came with us for support & when I tell you, we had the best time Ever!! We sat & talked like we've known each other for years. The sales team was wonderful & very polite; Michael, Ceasar & Steven were top notch!! They were patient & attentive, but not overbearing & pushy..just made the car buying experience simple & easy, not stressful like I thought it was going to be. On my way back in to Houston I decided to check in on a vehicle I seen online. Anna was the sales rep that contacted me and helped me through my purchase. The dealership is small but it makes it easier and faster than the larger ones I have been to.

Julie in service is a rock star! Company truck broke down and had to be towed; excellent knowledge of warranty and Ford product. Rapid turn around and great communication. 10/10

It took us more than an hour to drive to Wharton so that my nephew could inspect the 2025 Mustang displayed in the showroom. Anna, our contact person, was exceptionally pleasant and courteous throughout our interaction, despite the fact that we were unable to finalize a purchase. We will certainly return if they have the vehicle my nephew is interested in.
