Always reasonably priced and I love their vacuum stations. It’s the first car wash that I’ve seen that provides towels and cleaning products to further the cleanliness of your car before you role out! Everyone is so nice and the make sure to ask if anyone needs assistance.
I went to get a car wash today. I just wanted to mention what an excellent gentleman (Austin) is. He gave Excellent customer service. Went over and above his job to help me get some adhesive off of my door. After washing it, he came over to the area you vacuum at and checked the whole car to make sure it was clean. He helped me more than anyone ever has there. He deserves props.! Great employee excellent attitude and very satisfied with the outcome of my car wash/ Austin. Keep up the great work Austin!
The blowers cracked the corner of my ram truck front window. I have a subscription with our jeep. Now I'm afraid to go through it again. Or maybe this was just a fluke. UPDATE!! The manager communicated with me during this whole process and made things right with me. I feel like I'm valued as a loyal customer and I recommend this car wash to anyone looking for one. Great job Titus.....
I literally just left Titus Express and am extremely impressed by not only the quality of the wash, but the quality of the service! I didn’t catch his name, but the service provider that took care of my vehicle on 12/17 around 11:30 AM was so kind and welcoming! He also made sure I was satisfied with the work and went the extra mile to ensure everything was up to par. I was traveling back home to Houston from Rio Grande Valley, and somewhere along the way, there was some odd dirt/debris that landed on my car. I wanted to take care of it asap so I searched for a nearby express wash and this location came up. I’m so glad I stopped here and definitely will be visiting Titus Express again whenever I am passing through Wharton!
Very clean and stress free environment! Vacuum and towels always available! The workers are enthusiastic and helpful. The car wash is awesome I drive an 88k truck and have no fears of scratches or scrapes from the robo
