Tonight I found only a piece of my belt left on engine, and still hours from office, thank goodness Chase was there to help us out. Kind, Courteous, and VERY HELPFUL, he made sure we had everything needed to make the replacementThanks My DUDE😎

The gentlemen at this store have always been the most helpful auto technicians in Wharton. Tom went above and beyond in helping me get the adapter for my truck, so that I would have lights on the trailer rental. He even took the time to duct tape the fuse adapter on my truck and the male end fuse thingy from the trailer together. He wanted to make sure that the two parts did not disconnect while I drove to the northside of Houston. Tom, thank you for looking out for my safety. I will always come back to your store. As a single older woman, it is comforting to know that there are still kind honest and chivalrous men out in the world. Tom, again, thank you for your kindness.

Overall great customer service. The employees were extremely kind and caring. Very enthusiastic about helping me out whilst dealing with angry and upset customers all day. Very appreciative of the excellent attitude they had towards the job. I'd like to Thank Carlos (ironic right) for helping me out with a friendly smile and great attitude. He is also very quick and accurate.

I needed a little assistance with checking one of my fluids... the guy was super nice and even put the fluid needed into my car...

Very poor customer service! As soon as walked in got greeted with the clerk telling me I had 1 minute left. All I need was a can of paint & he did not want to help at all then he treats another customer with poor service & all he needed was a qt of oil. I do not appreciate the poor customer service. 5/27/25. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULD FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO WORK!
