The last real quality parts store in the area! Friendly service. Quality parts. Not cheap China junk like the other guys.

Went there a couple times for some small items. People were friendly and selection looks good. Parking is a little small, but it's downtown Sumner, so....

Customer service at this store is horrible, the first gentleman tried to tell me if there was any open box that they couldn't resell an item. Then we went to their manager because I said I saw multiple items on the shelf that had been opened and were put back out for resale. So the employee went to his manager and I walked over to them and I said so. If an item is opened up out of its box you're telling me that it can't be resold and then they tried to tell me only if it's a sealed box which I know is a load of crap because I'm a commercial customer that goes to multiple parts stores to buy parts all of the time every single day. I wanted to check to make sure it was the correct part and that the thread pitch and everything was correct and then they got extremely rude and I decided to leav
