I am the Owner of a 2015 Keystone Impact 303 Toy Hauler. My trailer was damaged which cause water damage to my interior. I brought the trailer to Sumner RV and worked with the Service Manager Justin on cost of repairs. Knowing this was a huge job I didn’t feel confident having anyone complete the repairs. Justin took on the job and what can I say. Himself and his Team nocked it out of the park. The quality and attention to detail of repairs is 5 star. From interior paneling and insulation to exterior upgraded panel material and new seals. Trailer is solid and took the time to match decals perfectly to the old. We traded in our 20-foot Creekside for a 20BD in January. We purchased the same rig only eleven years newer. After calling a couple of dealers we landed on Sumner RV. They did not have a trailer on site, but they made a call to the factory, and they were able to put us on the schedule to get a new 20BD that was in production. We were able to make a few special requests and ORV and Sumner made it happen. About two weeks later the trailer was delivered. We believe they gave us a very fair trade-in on our Creekside and the price for the new camper was very reasonable. We have used the trailer about ten nights so far with no issues and plan on a two-month tour of Alaka at the end of the month. We are very pleased with Sumner RV and highly recommend them.

I'd like to give a huge shout out to the sales team at Sumer RV. Kyle, our salesman, was amazing and consistently went above and beyond our expectations. He helped us pick the right layout for our new Outdoors RV and helped us get the absolute best price. Sumner RV does not have the huge markups like other RV dealerships (aka Thompson RV). We saved over $10K when compared to the price that Thompson RV was offering. The Sales Manager gave us a trade-in offer that was more than fair. They made it very easy to do business with them. Me and my husband went in here to see if we can get our refrigerator fixed in are RV and the parts and maintenance manager I'm pretty sure that's what he was he helped us so much and so well he's so nice, this place is amazing I highly recommend this place for your RV travel trailer needs... This place is a 10 out of a 10....🥰🙃🥳😎 so a little bit about this place they sell travel trailers / RVs and they have a whole maintenance and parts area/store. This place is pretty awesome🙂😉

I traded campers this spring at Sumner Rv Center, which makes the second Rv I have purchased from them. I found them honest and fair to deal with! With my growing family (2 English Labrador puppies) we needed more space, they understood my needs and found the perfect camper for us! I do recommend them whenever I can!
