Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have been to this Valvoline many times, and this was one of few that I have been very pleased. I believe Raidon was the driving force for sense of urgency, communication, and throughput. I worked for Thompson family Jiffy Lube for 12 years from tech to District manager, so I am overly critical. This is the guy I would want to run my store or at least lead the team. It is critical to move with a sense of urgency, communicate effectively with the customer and the team! Raidon did this. I have been here and waited 50 minutes or more while watching the slowest team perform. I could have knocked out CSR, upper bay and lower bay myself in 15 minutes.... guaranteed, yet there was no movement or urgency. Been dealing with the Sumner, WA location for a number of years (probably 7-8), and have always had professional, worry free service. Staff is always amazing. Mateo is friendly, fast, and efficient. Ken is an excellent "host" as it were, explains things in detail, and offers extras without being pushy. The rest of the team is also always with smiles...Can't say enough good about this shop 10/10

The customer service was unmatched! All the employees were super friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Also, the wait time to get my car serviced was a very small amount of time. When they were serving my car, they did a fantastic job, and were very quick. They are a great group of people, and very good at there job. Thank you so much! You guys Rock!

It's an easy, quick process. The guys were very friendly, thorough and not pushy. They showed me the air filter and ask if I wanted it changed. I said no and they politely moved on. I don't like high pressure so that was a nice change from most dealers. I heard them calling out "checks". A great way to confirm everything is done right. It was a very smooth process. I also just learned they offer AARP members 15% off. BONUS! I'll go back for sure.

The manager here in sumner heads up girls goodlooking. Great service. The thing that stood out most was he spoke in a way I understood and didn't get overwhelmed with what needed done to my vehicle.
