What a joke. Went on to return a ignition switch that was no good, it would bind up when turning the key. This thing was brand new purchased a week ago and only put in to find out that the original one in my truck was better. The older man looked at my part and said sorry we do not return electrical parts and walked away. Did not ask any questions did not even think about helping me out just said too bad so sad. No where on the part or on the receipt (which I had) did it say no refunds/returns. Talk about horrible customer service! I am done with Napa, it is way to hard to warranty any of their stuff. I will now do all my parts shopping online or at O’Reilly’s. Do not buy any electronic part they will not warranty or take a return on it even if it is junk out of the box. Horrible customer
