NAPA Auto Parts

Had a great customer service and got the right part. But don’t bring any child with you because staff will get annoyed and will try to fight you! if your kid touches the TOY CARS assuming you don’t have the MONEY to pay for it. It’s a retail job!!!!!!!!!!! My son has autism and I shouldn’t have to tell anyone. Respect is the bare minimum im looking when shopping for car parts. I will never spend any money again in this store and hopefully they get it right the next time a FAMILY goes shopping together in their Autopart Store!

I ordered an item on a Friday and the description said delivery by Saturday. I called on Saturday in the late afternoon and it still didn't arrive. Sunday, the same thing. Monday, the same thing. Tuesday, I was told the product hadn't arrived so I cancelled the order. While I was on the phone talking on the phone to the person who cancelled the order for me told me they forgot to put it on the truck. The reason I could no longer pick it up was because of my work schedule I asked for it to be delivered to my house because they messed up and the manager refused, even though they deliver to auto shops close to my home. So get this...... after I hung up the phone the photo shows the email's.

Personalized an experience service when ordering different parts for your vehicles. Some would say Napa has the best quality Parts out there. Also connected to this parts store is a small old time Hardware type store. With limited selection of items. But still enough inventory to get you where you want to be.

This place gives you that new england small town feel having the hardware store directly connected to the auto parts store. I've always gotten the right parts and I've always had good service here. We need more stores like this.

This is a great small town hardware and parts store. Easy going staff is very helpful and the prices are competitive with the big box stores in town except you don't have to wait forever for a parking spot or in line.
