NAPA Auto Parts - Westbay Auto Parts

Needed a oil seal for a transfer case. I'm a busy man like most of us between working as a truck driver and balancing home life as a husband , father and every day life. When something brakes on one of my vehicle I need it fixed asap. Couldn't wait for the part to be shipped.. Napa was the only local parts store who had it on the shelf for about the same price as getting it shipped thank you. Jason

A very nice man named Bryan assist me in putting my battery in even when he didn’t have to! I really appreciated that, He deserves a good raise.

I know that this is an auto parts store, but can the staff be at least a little friendly? Update - July 2025 I’ve had to go back to Napa Poulsbo a few more times and the service has been better. The last time I was there I watched a pair of counter sales people go out of their way to help someone in a big way. I was impressed and thanked them when it was my turn. It always comes down to people doesn’t it? Updated to 4 Stars.

Very knowledgeable and nice. Walked me through what I needed and talked on the phone with the person I called that knew more than me to find the best solution. They did tell me that policy prevents them from helping install the new car battery anymore, but it was fine. Still very helpful and helped spray down the buildup on my battery free of charge, very patient as I asked a lot of questions!
