NAPA Auto Parts - Wilson's Auto Parts

Helping a friend that broke down off the hwy. I went to auto zone because it was closer and needed a t bolt hose clamp. So the girl that worked the counter did everything she could to not have to do her job pointing to radiator hose clamps stating it's the same thing. Well I left. Went to NAPA and the older gentleman knew exactly what I needed was able to look up all the t clamps and got me exactly the size I needed. Had my friends truck going again in no time. Thank you for stellar service!

Between you guys not tuning into me and walking off and a ride heavy set guy with glasses you need some new employees they are just gonna keep tarnishing your brand if it was that easy for me considering I'm one of the most white people you would ever meet

Don't buy a jump-start box here! None of them work, and you will not get a refund from them because so many came back not working. It took 5 different trips to this store to finally get one that worked at all! They told me no refund, which is against their policy, but they don't seem to care.

After going to several auto stores in 3 cities, I finally have an operational a/c blower. Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to research my issue, and found the correct blower. I will make this my main auto store from now on!
