I shopped around for someone to install leveling shocks on my truck near me. Nobody seemed real interested on working on a 6 month old truck, except for Naps. I called and explained I was waiting for them to be delivered to me, they said great, give us a call when they get in we'd be glad to install them. They got me in quickly and did the job in 3 hrs. Thank you and great job.

I didn't want to write this review until I saw the mechanic wrote... Here's the story. At first, I went to the mechanic and made an appointment with them a week ago. When the appointment came, I left the car with the mechanic at 8:25 am. I waited for three hours. I thought that they had fixed it and that they would call me back, but due to their negligence, indifference, and failure to contact me to inform me that the car parts were not suitable, this did not happen... I waited until 11 am and called them. Suddenly, they told me that I had brought the wrong parts and had to replace them with the correct parts. I actually went to Auto Zone and asked them about the parts. They confirmed that the parts were correct. From here, I say... Why was an appointment made for me and they wasted my tim

Like many I'm sure, I was sent to Naps by Beth at the Vehicle Inspection Center. Completely free of charge they took off my old plates and reattached the new ones. Did I mention the screws were rusted and fused to the plate and plate holder? Front and back. Did I mention they then had to drill out the rusted screws which had broken off in the screw holes? 10 out of 10 Will price them out if I need work done in the future because of today. Thank you guys
