Some guy tugged Flash (yes the land vessels I give male names) out of the driveway of my favorite taqueria in Santa Rosa and the fixed Flash in a Flash...I was a passenger and I was looking at my phone but trust the driver with my life....long story short they were extremely through and respectful. Sometimes you just have to be grateful for proper repairs and that the other driver couldn't be going faster than the flow of traffic

Kevin and the team are all great to work with. Overall great customer service, quality work for good pricing and as a bonus the company has loaner cars at no cost. Highly recommend to all my friends and family! I won't take my car anywhere else from here on out!

(If I could leave -6500 stars, I would.) DO NOT under any circumstances take your car here. In November 2019, I had AAA tow my Prius to this shop after a popped tire and damaged bumper. On Monday, I asked them for an estimate. I told them I couldn’t pick it up until Wednesday because of work but would be there then. I even showed up Tuesday—only to find out they had already SOLD my car to Cream’s in Santa Rosa. They sold my vehicle without the title. I still have the title in my possession to this day. I never gave permission for them to sell it. The car was not totaled—it only needed a tire and the bumper put back on. At the time, the car was worth about $6,500. Instead, they took advantage of me as a 20-year-old, declared it totaled, and got rid of it illegally. This was theft, plain

Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off, cannot be trusted. Damaged my $1500 headlight and blamed me, big hole on top...I have pictures of before and after, still do not take resposibility for damages caused by them.
