My husband bought a car from these folks. They were not pushy or scammy as so many other dealers are. When we took the car to preinspection the mechanic that saw it told us that Neat has an excellent reputation for selling solid cars. The car my husband bought had nothing wrong with it. After a while we started to hear a noise. We took it to them and they tightened the offending part right there and then and charged us nothing. Also, the price was fair and they did not tack on suspicious fees. It was all very straight forward and we are very happy.

The customer service here goes well above and beyond! They definitely exceeded my expectations of what I expected from a used car dealer. I would recommend Neat Auto to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle with a guarantee and a dealer that will make sure if something isn’t right they will make it right. Drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle. The dealer wasn't even there to talk to me. When I brought up the fact that the vehicle had been there half a year, needed a windshield, a new gas door, and the brakes were softer than mush, they were only willing to come down $400 and wanted to use dealer fees to cover that. What a waste of time, dont go here, they have no clue what they're doing.

Horrible experience with this place. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I purchased a 2010 Mazda on December 2nd. The very next day all of the anti freeze leaked out of the car. We were an hour and a half away. Mechanic said to drive it back to shop and he would fix it. We brought it back, the mechanic “fixed” the issue. A few days later engine light comes on, no heat at idle and black clouds of smoke coming from the back. We brought it back AGAIN. Mechanic said he fixed it after a few days of having the car mind you we had to call every day to even get an update. We pick up the car, and guess what? All the same issues. Owner refuses to call me to discuss. If you are down for a headache and a good old fashioned scam, this is the place to go. 6500 wasted. I can’t believe this place is still in business.
