Solum Car Wash

I used to have a monthly membership at Solum’s Car Wash and ultimately canceled it because of ongoing frustration and inconsistency. There were multiple occasions where I went during normal posted business hours and the wash was completely closed, sometimes for several days in a row. I primarily use the touch-free wash, and I don’t understand why it can’t be available after hours, especially for members who are paying monthly. When it was open, there were often lines of 8–10 cars, turning a simple car wash into a 30–45 minute wait. At that point, the only alternative was the self-serve bays, which defeats the entire purpose of having a monthly membership. If I’m paying monthly, I shouldn’t have to default to self-serve. I had this membership for nearly a year and can’t recommend it. You

Love it. Solumn has been the most affordable car wash for decades. Now there's crazy options. Power spray, light touch wash and the automatic touchless wash. The touchless wash automatically scans your car (bar code sticker). No need to do anything...just drive up...and drive through. 20 bucks... will get you as many car washes you want!

I love this wash station. I use all the lanes all te time. They have touchless, soft scrub with dryer and of course a full service exterior lane to get a great exterior clean. From my little Focus to my newer Mustang, they have my cars looking their best. I signed up for the monthly plan.

I got a prepaid membership here. There were some days I went there early in the morning when they were supposed to open up, they were closed. I will be canceling my membership because I went there four times in the morning when they were supposed to be open, and they were closed . Three of the times the car wash with the automatic touch was closed. I tried calling multiple times to see if they could address this issue, but I could not get a hold of anyone. They don't have a voicemail.

Well, I had to lower the rating. This place is awful!!! Closed every Sunday and Monday but yet charge you a full monthly charge. The only way you know it's closed is by looking at the website. Their hours of operation that's posted outside the building is an all out lie. The car wash itself sucks! Doesn't clean or dry your vehicles. The only thing that this place has finally done right with is, they hired a young man who's parents raised him right. One that's not afraid to work.
