After we had our car break down from the alternator 5 hours from home on a Sunday, Newport Auto took us in the the following day and fixed our car quickly and had us back on the road the same day (Monday). They were communicative and polite and we are very appreciative of their efforts to get us on our way. Would highly recommend!

Overall, it was a well deserved experience. My mother's original mechanic is in PA, and we live in Delaware, so I needed to find somewhere local. I found this place from my fancy check engine reader. It recommended Newport Auto Center, where I could take it. I called and made an appointment for a diagnostic and Jeff took care of me. Matt was such a nice person also. Then I came back to get the car fixed and so far it sounds and runs great. I had a Valve cover gasket replacement. They are some busy men, that does great work. Thank you.
