Nice N Clean Car Wash

Look at this jerk hand washing while people are in line. I told him it's not allowed. He thinks he deserves to do it cause he paid for the truck. Anyhow 4 stars because often times I'm here something is broken. Great price though.

I was at nice and clean car wash on 2/21/26 at 1056am. The first bay next to the autowash. The coin machines were all out of change so I used my card in the self service bay but it kept saying to add $1.50. So I added 2 dollars to wash my truck. Now I see a charge of 6.56 on my card. This place has no working phone number to call to get my money back and I'm not from the Gurnee area to stop by to talk to someone. 6.56 isn't a lot of money but it is when it does a few people that way. So I want my refund. Never use a card at this place!!!!

I'm actually very disappointed in the wash I received. Water pressure is NOT strong enough with the soap 🧼 barely cleaned anything. When I get home I STILL had stains. Premium was is $7 with NO dryer after your wash. And then the machine doesn't tell you when the was is over with a greenlight to go forward you just left with open garage. Had to double check opening the door to see if indeed the machine has fully stopped so I don't damage anything. Truck fits barely. 🚚 🛻 🚛 Has 2 inch lift. Anything above that is going to definitely scratch the vehicle. This wash should be $1 because I was very upset 😡. Just wasted time and money here. First and last time I come here.

There's always something wrong with each of the bays. Considering how popular this spot is you would think they'd sped just a little bit more on up keep.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This carwash does not clean your car, there is no soap at all, in the brush or in the wand, I tried two different bays and the automatic wash on two different occasions, both times my truck left more dirty than it rolled in due to the dirty water from the bay and the dirt being thrown up from my tires. Serious disapointing.
