One of the best experiences we have had buying a new vehicle. Our sales person was Aaron and he was great to work with. We had a diesel f250 and wanted to move back to gas and make sure we could get a truck that could still pull our 5th wheel trailer. They had one that was loaded with everything we needed and Aaron worked with us without much back and forth like most times when in negotiations. We love our new truck and would highly recommend Nick Abraham Ford. Love the fact that they work with St. Jude also.

If you’re looking for GREAT customer service, look no further! Purchased a new F150 from Westlake Ford and within 6 months the heat stopped working completely - on the coldest day of the year. When I talked to the service department, I was told I could schedule an appointment for a few days later, and to get a loaner vehicle could take “weeks”. I’m supposed to have 3 kids in a truck with no heat in the middle of winter- absolutely not! I felt like I wasn’t valued as a customer and treated as even less. Phenomenal Dealership, I helped my father purchase a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 with 2k miles online. At first glance, when I called the dealership, I was transferred to Shannon, and she was on the job immediately. She is very professional & well-spoken. She knew everything about this truck & provided all the documentation we needed to have to come take a look at it & purchase it. I recently purchased a Ford Bronco Outer Banks with a V6, hard top, heated seats, heated steering wheel & a lot of other nice options. Kyle, the sales associate, was super easy to put the deal together & had the vehicle ready for delivery. I really love the Bronco! This review is about the dealership & I had a great experience.
