Nico's tires

I will never in life go back to Nico tire place!!!😡 It's always a problem when I go get tires there and this put the icing on the cake they forgot to put one the lug nut back in that holds tire on!!!! 😡 The machine bent my Rims!!! 😡 Plenty occasions it's always a problem!!! 😡 One time I got a tire from there and it had a nail on sidewall of the tire. Then they forgot to put the cap on that covers where you take the tire off!!!! Now this time I told him I will not be returning and will not be sending you any customers!!!!! I pay for tires good ones at that and they put halfway bald tires on my vehicle!!! 😡 It's always a problem there!!!! Beware taking your car there!!!!

I called on M.L.K. day to see if they were opened and no answer. 5 seconds later, Rico called me back to return my call !! I told him I thought my tires needed a patch and he suggested I come in to get them checked, which I did. He was so helped and very attentive. He made me feel heard . I will recommend him and his shop to anyone in passing….Thankx again Rico’s Tires 👍🏾

Had a bad tire, found a replacement. They broke the tire pressure sensor. I left with the tire psi light on thinking it was low psi, went to the gas station and added air only to find it had air. Called Nico. He said bring it back they would take care of it. His flunky said it had been broken a while and was not their problem. Said if I bought one they would install it for free. Installed it and said it would relearn when i drove it. Then said nico said to charge me 20$. I told him to get Nico. Said Nico was gone home. Tim was the only helpful one there.
