Everything you hate about buying a car can be found here! I purchased a used truck at Sussex Hyundai. The salesman Ken was actually nice and cool, but that's where the nice part ended. After agreeing on a price, upon going to sign the paperwork, the finance manager Abe pulls up the contract and the price is higher than the agreed upon price. When I questioned it he said "I'll show you". Well without my consent they added in key replacement for $400 and VIN window etching for another $400. I've purchased many cars before and i get that dealers will try to upsell you on services as that's where they make even more money, but these were just put on without even asking for my consent. Went to get a replacement gas cap for my wife's Sonata, had priced them online from other resources thinking it would be cheaper but guess what, I found it to actually be more economical to just go to the source. Service was great and was in and out from the parts department in 5 minutes.
