Back on August 6th I called the service department in desperate need of getting my car looked at (this is where I bought my car) and was told to come in and they’ll take a look at it because my car kept throwing a light that said “engine malfunction” when I arrived I was greeted by the service advisor, seems like the service advisor didn’t want to work or deal with me because he told me that there is no point in getting my car looked at because it’s most likely something with the battery and they will not find anything wrong and I would have to pay $250 , thinking there was nothing serious wrong with my car bc of what the advisor told me I left it as is and had my car looked at in another Nissan dealership and come to find out my car had several things wrong with the braking and safety sys

Every single person I met at the service center from The mechanics to the management was professional and extremely quick in resolving my issue. My work truck went down Friday afternoon And was back and working Monday morning 9 AM pretty impressive

Service Advisor Josue is hands down the best! I had a great experience. He showed a genuine interest in resolving my vehicle’s issue. Very friendly and professional!
