Nissan Of Orangeburg Service

Absolutely disgusting ignorant people who has no courtesy for their customers. This place should be closed down, and hopefully someone will get it done. I was desperate, and from out of town so I didn't know any better. My car broke down, I had it towed there expecting good service, quality work, with good people! We sat there from 9:00am - 4:00 pm. with a baby. These people were not interested in working, they just walk around and socialize. They did not have a care in the world about my situation. It was literally something simple with two screws and plugged in for the tune of $1400. I called Auto Zone the part there was $100.00 that I was supposely waiting on all day long. If I could give their service center negative stars I would. These people quoted me two totally different prices for my windshield wiper being broken and when it was time to pay it was DOUBLE the price. I don't know what type of scam these people are running but buyer BEWARE. The man literally quoted us one price, doubled it when it was time to pay and then took off $200 because he couldn't explain the price. Almost like ..he was making it up as he went along. MY car doesn't even SOUND the same. Do NOT take your vehicle here. You WILL regret it.

I woke up determined to write this review mainly because there are a lot of unsuspecting people out here that trust in these service centers to treat them fairly and many of them are not that trustworthy. I scheduled an appointment with this service center to take a look at my coolant/heating system because my vehicle was not warming up the interior consistently like it once did when I first purchased it. I referred to my owners manual and determined that it may be time for a coolant exchange. Once I arrived at the service center they took my keys and less than an hour later I am called to the service desk and was told that I needed a new radiator and thermostat installed. Norman Gunter, the Service Manager had our Altima checked from front to back. Our AC had stopped working too. Now you can get an ice cream headache from the cold blast !!! We got new tires & front end alignment. Oil change, etc. It drives like a brand new car! And they washed it:) Thanks Nissan for giving good service at a good price !

Awesome place to take your car for service. The service department always on point with recalls my oil change anything that needs to be replaced they wash the car after each service everyone from inside to the guy's that fix the car have smiles on there faces and are very nice which now a day a smile goes a long way.
