Do not bring your car here, I asked for a hand wash to protect my paint from swirls thinking they would wash it by hand. The guy took my car and started using the brush with some soap on my paint while he says it won’t scratch that plastic brush definitely scratched my paint. Do not come here if you car about your cars paint. A hand wash should be be hand not a brush broom pole. They also broke the fender badge in my car a piece of it broke off probably when they guy was washing it recklessly with the broom.

I called at 8 am they said they dont open until 830 (google said 8am). I was the first to arrive for tints at 8:33, and was told to wait until 9 am. The team serviced another van before me even though they arrived after I did. When I asked why, they said it was just a hand wash. At 9, after waiting 30 minutes, they brought my van in for tints. Either be honest or don't operate a business, please. I left at 9:05.

I typically don’t leave bad reviews only good ones or if something really is very bad I will go out of my way and this is one of those circumstances. Beautiful tint job however time management isn't a thing. They lied to us, 5 hours I sat there and they kept smiling and saying it's almost done. DUDE JUST SAY it's gonna be a little more longer, don't stay. Beautiful job but my god 5 hours to sit here and not even a concern on their part ! Waiting 5 hours then they leave a mess in my car and didn't even cut it.

Went to see when they could detail my vehicle... They didn't say hello... Didn't say thank you for coming... Didn't take my name or number... It was very uncomfortable.... So screw them I went someplace else.... they have no idea what customer service is...
