North valley scrap and salvage

I was in a pretty bad spot when my truck caught fire. It was in the middle of the road blocking fire trucks ability to get up to where they needed. I made a quick call to Josh (whom was a firefighter in the past; thank you!) and he came to the rescue. He came asap and hauled my truck away. He could’ve said no thanks but was there when needed. Thank you!!!

Will not be using or recommending this company. We called to have 2 vehicles picked up and were told we would be contacted to set up a time. No one contacted us and when we called on that weekend we explained the situation and and were told they were understaffed which is understandable but that someone would be out between 11 and 12. At 12:30 when Noone showed we called back and someone told us that they that would leave shortly. We waited all afternoon and Noone showed up or attempted to call us. We attempted to call and Noone answered the phone.

Don’t count on these guys following through. I tried for 3-weeks to get them to pick a an abandoned RV on my property. I sent th pictures of the situation before he agreed to pick it up. He knew the time line we were on. He did go out once but didn’t check notes first and took a truck that couldn’t handle the job. Said he would go back in a couple days and Never went. After several messages both text and voice mails he just ghosted me.Probably blocked my number because he stopped answering his phone. It ended up costing my twice as much because someone had to come in on and immediate call and get it removed.. If you want someone reliable call 2 Guys 1 Truck, LLC they are great, quick and most of all reliable.

If I could leave them zero stars, I would! The office lady is extremely rude and hung up on me while I was trying to get a situation figured out. Then another tow truck driver showed up and started yelling in my face and I had to call the police. I do NOT recommend using this company if you can avoid it!

I called them on the phone. They were rude even used cus words.. The law states I have 30 days to get personal items out of car. They gave me 15 and told me they would not give me my things from My car unless I brought them the title and $250.00. If I had that kind of money I would have got my car the first day. I called them that day. Told me I was worthless for leaving my car. I didn't I spoke to the store manager at Dollar general and spoke to someone everyday. They said it was fine not to worry. Then my car was towed. By this disrespectful company in White city. 30 miles from the Dollar General store. It was at.
