I’ll start with saying my work truck isn’t anything special, to be fair It’s a turd… I honestly was on the fence about putting anymore money into it.. but I only need it to last a couple more months and replaced multiple suspension components but not the tie rods those I replaced last year. with that said, I made a 4:00 PM appointment scheduled for a front-end alignment. Earlier that day around 11:30 AM, the shop called asking if I could bring the truck in earlier due to more availability in the afternoon. I explained I was at work but would see what I could do. Around 1:00 PM, I called back and was told they were running behind due to another vehicle and that if I planned to wait while they perform the alignment, I would need to reschedule. Great experiences here, I’ve brought all 4 of the family vehicles here for the last several years. Very friendly staff. Their ability to drop off/ pick up customers while you wait is sooo helpful.

I have never had a bad experience at Northside and have been taking my car there for about 5 years. The people I have worked with are friendly and knowledgeable, and take the time to explain the issues with my car. Like everyone, I would like to pay a little less but, after comparing their prices with other places, the rates at Northside are mostly in line with what others are charging.

Awesome job on my 2500 sprinter / drive belt broke due to auto tensioner seizing up had to get van towed to shop.. the whole team did an awesome job getting my vehicle repaired and back one the road also noting that my idler pulley was bad which I missed in my diagnosis checking the vehicle myself.. I would recommend this place and prices were fair.. thank you team 🙏🏾

Absolutely unacceptable experience — beware before bringing your vehicle here. We took my sister-in-law’s van in because it was overheating and clearly explained that her boyfriend had already replaced multiple hoses and related parts. Instead of diagnosing the actual problem, this shop replaced all the same parts again, charged almost $2,000, and sent the van home — only for it to overheat immediately after picking it up. When we contacted them about it, they refused to make things right or take any accountability for their work. That’s not just poor service — it’s dishonest and careless. If you value your time, money, and basic respect as a customer, go anywhere else. A good mechanic stands by their word and their work — this shop did neither.
