We regret buying from Northside Chevrolet in Summersville.We were sold a truck and then told we couldn't get a second set of keys. We had to threaten not to bring the rest of our down payment in and then we were finally offered a second set of keys. Our salesman sold us on the lights in the bed of the truck stating "these trucks come with these kind of lights, all the newer ones do also" then come to find out they are after market lights and they went out, now we have to pay out of pocket to get them fixed.. we wouldn't have purchased the truck but we were sold on the bed lights. Haven't even had the truck a full month. terrible experience. do not recommend at all

Although we did not actually visit this location, the service provided over the phone referring us to a service center that could help was great.
