Norton & Richardson Body Shop

Lee and the whole staff are excellent, Lee updated us on the progress of our vehicle being repaired and made sure everything was perfect. The body work, paint and overall quality is excellent. Also gives peace of mind knowing they stand by their work!

The folks at Norton and Richardson are real-life angels. After we were in an accident on I-95 on December 26, we were fortunate to be towed to their shop, eight hours from home. They were calm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, and they knew exactly how to help when our family needed it most. They even went out of their way to secure a rental car after every rental agency told us they were sold out. While my car was ultimately totaled, I would absolutely trust them with any repairs. We are so grateful for their care and professionalism during such a stressful time.

Had a great experience with the team at N&R, went to them a few days after I got rear ended with significant damage to the rear end and front bumper area of my ‘21 Durango R/T. Met Mike B and he is as friendly as they come and he performed the initial evaluation and told me he’d try to have my car in ASAP but couldn’t guarantee it could be in sooner. A week later he calls and has me scheduled to bring it in a few days later. They did tell me it could take up to 8 weeks to have room for possible supply issues. Just over 5 weeks later and got the call that my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. The entire staff at N&R are top notch, super friendly and super informative. Even my young granddaughters were happy to see my SUV again and even said “I missed my Lolo’s fast car!” Man

I’ve used Norton & Richardson for nearly 20 years, but this recent experience was very disappointing. After extensive repairs, the vehicle has been back four times—three times for the air conditioning, which has now stopped working again. Each visit has been a major inconvenience, and being told to “bring it back again” is not an acceptable solution at this point. The issue should have been fully diagnosed and repaired properly. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Norton & Richardson.

Absolutely the best body shop that I’ve ever used period! Outstanding office staff and paint techs. I drove from Columbia to Summerville twice just to have N&R do my painting.
