I bought my vehicle here and it has been great. The salesman was awesome. I also always service it here and they make it really easy on me every time I call for an appointment. My girlfriend also had them do a full detail on hers and it looked and smelled brand new. I highly recommend Nottingham for all your vehicle needs.

🛑🚨Buyer Beware🚨🛑 Ripped me off! Paid for the most expensive full synthetic oil change. Five weeks later my engine starts knocking. So I immediately check the engine. And oil was almost completely empty and what lil oil that was in there was black. Called Nottingham Automotive and got run around. And told that I was wrong and that they had done the oil change. I have submitted a claim to my credit card company for theft of the $. Since I can prove oil change wasn't done. All of this doesn't even include when they misdiagnosed a diffrent problem I was having with battery. And they claimed it was fluid levels in car. Caused car to keep stalling and shutting off.

Very easy to deal with. Mission-based company. Family owned. Transparent about the history of the used vehicle and the servicing prior to the sale. We purchased a used truck and are very pleased with it. A very efficiently run business.

I gave a single star because there is no lower option. 2004 Lincoln, purchased at full price. Air never worked correctly, they had it in their shop 9 times over the year or so I had it and it was never fixed. They couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem. BMV records show they owned the car a while and it was driven several thousand miles, there is no way they weren't aware of the problem. I threw in the towel and they would only buy it back for a little more than half of what I paid for it. I wouldn't sell it privately, because it was defective I wouldn't pass the problem on. Sure they offered to fix it again (10th times a charm?), but really how many times is really reasonable? I was sick of making full price payments for a defective car that I believed they really had no intention of fixin

They went above and beyond getting us into our perfect vehicle. They let us get it inspected and stood behind their product. Mike was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
